Over 18 years of experience in Food Security, Livelihoods, and DRR; both under long term development and Humanitarian programs. 7 years at managerial capacity. Overseas experience: Pakistan, Somalia, and Kenya. Experience of working with –EU, USAID, DFID, Irish AID, and CIDA, and multi-donor funded projects. Worked with small land holders, agro-pastoralist and pastoralist communities; and with unemployed rural and urban youth and women. Experience of working in a complex operational context- volatile security, multiple stakeholders and actors, low national staff capacity, and undeveloped infrastructure and institutions
